SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.lotik.in (LotikFashion). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We provide FREE Delivery all over India on order amount above ₹999.
Estimated delivery time is around 4-5 business days depends on location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.lotik.in (Lotik Fashion). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.
Returns
Our return & refund policy is 07 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at care@lotik.in Please mention your order number and reason for return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return/exchange question at care@lotik.in or via the WhatsApp message to provided phone number on the website.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of COD store credit / brand voucher will be issue of the same amount
The only charges that will not be refunded are the COD charges / Shipping charges.

Please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Damages and issues
We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, incase you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email (care@lotik.in) or via the WhatsApp.
